Fighting hard to resurrect his NFL career, the Christian quarterback...
Without explanation or elaboration, a sports writer for the CBS affiliate in the City of Brotherly Love called Tim Tebow the most polarizing Philadelphia Eagle in an article that goes on to share the surprising opinion of one of Tebows teammates who claims the quarterbacks play will shock a lot of people.
Of course, one can imagine what writer Andrew Porter may have had in mind when offering that most polarizing comment about Tebow the NFL players proudly promoted Christianity as well as the trepidation of a lot of fans about the Eagles wisdom in bringing Tebow on board. His professional play, after all, has been spotty and unpredictable.
However, Eagles linebacker Brandon Graham, in an interview for a Detroit radio station, says that Tebow will be a factor in Philadelphias upcoming season, as CBSPhilly reports:
Tim Tebow is going to shock a lot of people, because he is going to make the team, Graham told Detroit radio host Lauren Beasley, And I think he will play a lot.
Hoping to resurrect his NFL career, Tebow has been working hard in the off-season, training with various instructors and at a number of facilities as he has focused on improving his mechanics and his strength.
CBS Sports just posted on its YouTube channel a 14-second video showing Tebow powering through what is termed a strange leg workout one that drew a lot of comments on the Twitter feed of the sports performance center that caters to the elite athlete, Performance Enhancement Professionals (PEP).
Below is the amazing video of Tebows incredibly challenging leg routine that could well mean knee-busting disaster for someone not in great shape. Then, check out some of the tweets from folks who couldnt believe what they were seeing in the brief clip, all comments coming from the PEP Twitter feed.
Before joining the Philadelphia Eagles, the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner was a QB for the Denver Broncos and the New York Jets. Hes been out of pro ball for a couple of years.
And maybe even RG3 at Washington..............LOL!..................
.....and I hope I’m NEVER THAT BIG!.........................
Being a long time, long suffering Buccaneer fan, when the Bucs beat the vile, disgusting, scumbag Eagles in the 2002 NFL championship game played for the last time at Vet Stadium the year they went to the 2002 Super Bowl and broke the curse was one of the greatest moments in Buc history...
The Eagles were so over confident they would beat the Bucs they sent some of their equipment to San Diego a week early ...
Are you sure you're not a Cowboys fan?................8^)
When I lived in Ft.Worth, I was a huge cowboy fan, I used to work across the street from their stadium in Irving...
The whole Landry firing thing really turned my stomach...then they hired Barry Switzer...seriously?
Both my older sons are still cowboys fans...
Brad Johnson, the Bucs QB in the Superbowl win, ended his career as a Cowboy, backup to Tony Romo.............
WHAT are those hands doing?
Option back.
Seeing him complete the majority of his passes, successfully read defenses, and not get called for delay of game penalties would shock me. I don't expect to be shocked.
Free crab legs at Joe’s!
Joe’s Crab Shack is damn good, but I’ve been sick from there twice. Doesn’t stop me from going back, but I know what to avoid on the menu.
