I get that the big-money Chamber of Commerce boys are supporting Jeb. And I get that he's a favorite of the status-quo GOPe politicians. But do any of you have any Joe Sixpack friends who are supporting Jeb?
Just curious.
No, but I know of a lot of east and west coast repubs who can’t imagine anyone else....
“Yep, that Jeb, he’s the one for me.” Perhaps someone can tell me what I’m missing.”
This is what is missing. Jeb Bush represents everything that the RINO’s have. In other words if you were to look a menu and order an ala carte dinner, each RINO candidate is a different dish. Bush is the meal.
You know how we have this saying, if you are not conservative you are liberal? Well, for Bush it’s, if you are not moderate you are liberal. Problem is Bush doesn’t realize that moderate and liberal are one in the same.
bttt
The New York Times ???
Not a soul.
I know one supporting Huckster
Lots of non-involved GOP voters seem confused.
I tell them to get un-confused and learn on their own and NOT from FOX or MSM
I know several democrats in California who are supporting Jeb over Hillary.
Jeb probably would get more votes from Rats than Pubbies in the General.
Yep. Alexander was up for Senator in TN.
I vote down ticket for some local GOP
Then voted for the independent for Senator.
Don’t even know who he was. Didn’t matter.
I did not cast my vote for Alexander.
No.
I agree.
I guess I was using a figure of speech. I would still go and vote for congress and local races that day...which I think makes it more difficult to hijack my presidential vote.
I wouldn’t leave president blank or do a write in (which usually isn’t counted). It leaves opportunity for that space to be filled in.
I suppose that’s true. I’m in a state that will go GOP for president (KS), but I can see the danger of doing this in a swing state.
RE: Do you know anyone who is supporting Jeb Bush?
Karl Rove.
George W. Bush
Barbara Bush
George H.W. Bush
There, I named four.
Under those assumptions a lot of contributors went for Bush. A lot of people who didn't follow politics but recognized the Bush name also told pollster they were for Bush.
But if there are 16 or 17 or 18 candidates in the race and Bush is only one of many, not the front-runner -- not even in his own wing of the party, there's not much to drive supporters to Bush or to keep them there.
So who the hell is giving him the purported poll results!?
2012 was the very last time I held my nose -- never again will I betray our Constitution and vote for a traitor.
I absolutely loathe the entire evil Statist Bush family. They are to a man and to a woman arrogant elitists (often in a cowardly subtle way)
