Seriously, many blacks and lower income people are very distrustful of banks in general and bad credit is another reason they do not use banks, they can't get an account set up.
As for online banking, that's probably is a real mystery to many minorities, especially young or uneducated blacks...
Schools do not teach anything about how to live your life after school even if you graduate and since the vast majority of black youth have no father figure, nobody is home to teach them...
True story, when I ran a warehouse, one of my best employees was a young black guy, he came to me one day to help him write a letter and mail it...
He literally did not know how to do it...
I also made him sign up for the 401 K plan, because he had already worked there for 6 years and nobody took the time to explain why it was important to save for your future...
Plus of course the fact that Whites don’t have to pay back their loans.

You would be amazed at how computer savvy a lot of minorities are. They use their phones all the time to video their friends and take selfies, then they upload them to Facebook. Even little kids ten years old.
