But it’s just a lousy value proposition.
Wanna save your restaurant? Make it affordable.
You can’t make it affordable at $15/hour. Can’t be done.
Also, the decisions corporate has made in the last four years have been disastrous. They just got rid of their affirmative action CEO recently.
