The former director of Subway pitchman Jared Fogle's charity remains in custody after being charged with multiple counts related to child pornography.
Russell Taylor, 43 – who ran the Jared Foundation, a nonprofit organization encouraging healthy eating and exercise habits for kids – was arrested on May 4.
Following a raid early Tuesday on Fogle's Zionsville, Indiana, home during which authorities removed electronics, PEOPLE obtained a 16-page charging document that details disturbing accusations against Taylor, including bestiality and child abuse.
Fogle has not been charged or implicated in any crime. His foundation severed ties with Taylor after his arrest.
Subway said in a statement Tuesday that the company is "very concerned and will be monitoring the situation closely." The sandwich chain's website has apparently taken down a section about Fogle called "Jared's Journey," which now redirects to its homepage.

You never think your friends are doing creepy things.
I suppose you are correct in that. I guess we assume our friend are like us and in some respects they are, but only to a point that we have some things in common. We don’t have every single thing in common with our friends, and we don’t know what they do when they are alone.
Maybe it’s better if we don’t know. I wonder.
I used to think that bad things on computers meant bad things about the owners of those computers. But with all of the hacking, I wonder how many are set ups- modern vendettas.
That or causing susceptible people to fall prey to temptation through loading of files that they might not have loaded on their own.
I don’t disagree with you, but if someone can breach a govt system and steal 21 million records (before the experts can figure it out), then they can get into your computer and place pictures and “history.”
Let me guess.....Jared said something CONSERVATIVE.
What I am saying is 5 years ago, I presumed if you had bad files on your computer, you put those files there. Now I do not assume that you did it.

The fact child porn is closely related to homosexuality in many cases has keep their powder dry....
I would bet Fogel has nothing to do with this and his “friend” set him up...
I recall reading not too long ago, last year I believe, where a police officer decided he would put incriminating evidence into someone’s computer.
And then there was the story of the vindictive wife who tried to frame the estranged Husband by downloading child porn onto his computer and then call the cops to turn him in.
She was charged and convicted of downloading and possessing the porn she tried to frame her husband for.
Really Ann I have not seen nor heard from Jared since his first Subway commercials. I’m actually shocked to hear he’s been a spokesman for Subway this long. Had no idea he was still around.
Well, he's finished with Subway. Even if he's completely vindicated, they'll never use him as a pitchman again. His motivational speaking career is over as well.
Hope he's invested wisely the $15 million he's reportedly worth.
