I always find this remarkable. To know that the few that survive will come back to the same exact beach some day to lay their own eggs shows a circle of life that is just one of nature's miracles I guess.

I’ve seen a show on tv about it.. won’t watch the video because if they show all the gulls and foxes etc.. eating them.. my morning will not be pleasant. I do remember that there are volunteers to help move the little guys into the water. I’d do that in a heart beat. (and yes, FReepers.. I know it is all about nature and little turtles serve as nutrition for other animals but I don’t like seeing it)
