Seems the good samaratans forgot about the knife or rock or stick he was using for a weapon and had to subdue the assailant resulting in him suffering a broken eye socket, fractured skull, three broken ribs, compound fracture of the forearm and a fractured pelvis, split lip and 16 shattered teeth.
