The video shows him grabbing her right arm, pushing her back, and putting his right hand up under her neck. In my opinion she was under assault, and she reacted defensively.
Keen observation. How did the majority of folks not see it. This is why the jury system worries me, relying on eyewitness accounts of the average schmo.
