Does anybody know what this bug is and how to get rid of it. They have destroyed my Italian bush beans this year. I live in North Georgia area and have not seen this bug before.  photo image_zpsdomu20pp.jpg

That's a Mexican bean beetle, Epilachna varivestis. A very common garden pest.
