I have a theory. The media is silently doctoring the polls out there to keep Hillary in the race. IN fact, she may end up losing all 50 states, and have the biggest loss in US electoral history.
I am quite sure that no matter what, around 25% of Americans, the ones who now say the country is going in the right direction, have no clue about anything going on in this country or the world.
75% know about Hillary Clinton and her dishonesty and will not vote for her. They may not vote republican, but they won't vote for her so they'll stay home.
Folks, if we rally around our candidate, whomever it is, we'll win, and win big. I can vote for almost any of them, (not Christie, not Bush, not Rubio) even Trump if he can convince me that he's a true patriot.
Personally, Trump in the game helps Cruz, Walker, Perry and the rest of the conservatives, because in comparison they seem pretty normal. Kinda like Reagan did in the first debate next to Carter.
I think as this election evolves eventually Hillary's closet of deception, corruption, lies, etc will be clear to the over welming population. The media will shore her up into a false sense of confidence, when internal polling will show that she is going to be a disaster for the democrats nationwide.
Am I right or wrong?
The way to doctor a poll is to skew the group that is polled. A lot of the early polls are of party leadership, which is how to get support for the in-crowd choices, such as hillary and Jeb.
Not to be rude, but that's delusional...
I was having dinner with two other 50-ish adults, a Democrat and a Republican. The Dem said wistfully, “I sure wish they could find somebody to run other than Hillary.” After he had left the Rep said, “Do you have the slightest doubt that if Hillary is the candidate that he’ll vote for her?” I knew with all my being that he would. The Dem, who is an intelligent, college-educated, served-in-the-military professional simply could not bring himself to vote for a Republican.
As for doctoring the polls, on a small scale yes. On a national scale and across multiple pollsters, no. However, in political time the election is over fifty years from now, so much can change.
The RNC must produce an amnesty candidate for their donors from The Cheap Labor Express.
That is why they will lose.
Conservatives will not vote to surrender their country to fraudulently documented foreigners.
Even if Hillary thanks them.
The fact that so many are running for the GOP nomination should tell you that they are a dying party, there is NO SINGLE candidate capable of galvanizing any significant part of the population.
Regardless of who the GOP nominates, the Republicans will never take New England, California, Oregon, Illinois, Minnesota, New York, Maryland, or Michigan so that destroys your 50 state sweep right there.
“Am I right or wrong?”
If Jonellis is on the ballot, she’ll have a 50-50 chance.
Don’t forget, any conservative
that might slip through the cracks and get the nominee will
have the full force of the U.S. government as opposition,
while the republicans look the other way, again .
The only reason the beast thinks she has a chance is that
they are going to cheat.
My biggest problem with your theory is that you’re assuming that Hilliary gets the Dem nomination. I don’t think she will. The Dems know how politically damaged she is, and aint going to commit hara-kiri. It would be nice, though.
Hillary would end up losing all 50 states?
Uh... we’re not in that kind of America anymore.
I have a theory that elections are determined by how many voters stay home because the candidates aren’t ideologically ‘pure’ enough.
The bottom line is, like it or not, the Democrats get things done, yes we disagree with it, but at least they have accomplished a lot.
What have Republicans accomplished since Reagan? Zip, Zilch, Nada, other than getting us into a Stupid War.
Hillary will make a deal...she will offer Sanders the VP slot as long as she promises to put some of his nutcase proposal on her platform...
Problem solved...
She just sewed up the entire left wing base and a lot of independents...
Sanders is the left wing Donald Trump except his followers actually think he is not a nutcase...
Exactly put. This will force the media to uncover Hillary for who she is, because he is more in line with their philosophy.
All of us here have seen things these past 8 years that we thought we’ve never see in our life time, esp from the leader of the free world.
We should all be embarrassed. All of us, if Hillary garners any serious run.
I don’t know where you are getting the 75% figure but that has to be way off.
“In my heart, I know the vast majority of Americans know all there is to know about her and will never vote for her.”
But reality takes place outside of your heart. Half of this country would vote for the leader of ISIS if he had a (D) after his name. We’re not the same America that reelected Reagan by the historic margin in 1984. Sorry to throw cold water on your hopeful theory, but remember.. this country twice elected a hardcore leftist community agitator by fairly comfortable margins.
I see it differently. Most of the GOP candidates arent really running for president. They are jockeying for power, position and most importantly, money. They are working for campaign experience, gathering volunteers and getting the feel of the ropes. They want to make themselves known and gather enough support to be a viable running mate. Unlike days of old, where men waited to be approached by the party, they must compete to get noticed. Having so many potentials is healthy. Having just one anointed candidate this early is the sign of an ossified, dying organization. The Democratic party will probably not survive if Hillary is the candidate and she does poorly.
“Regardless of who the GOP nominates, the Republicans will never take New England...”
You left Virginia out of the equation. My state has become blue and will vote for the democrat. My beautiful state is infested with Northerners who left their hellholes and the DC metro-fest of Government drones and contractors.
“You forgot that the Dems will use massive voter fraud to get what they want. Remember: The ends justify the ends.”
The dems don’t even need voter fraud to win. They built their coalition of voters and supporters from disparate interest groups and identity politics.. not to mention the systematic inculcation of young people into socialist thinking. Already now, per Gallup, 47% of Americans would elect a Socialist if their party nominated one.
The number 43% always seems to pop up around the Clintons.
