The bottom line is that it is clear that the thug in this video was black.The goon doing the happy dance is black. It’s not the first time we have seen black thuggery in action. It seems to be a daily occurrence. So this IS about race.

We're just trying to get the story straight. People have been circulating this video and saying that the teenage victim is "white." The police department has offered more info on the case. It doesn't matter to me personally what "race" the perps or the victims are. The perp is in custody now, by the way.
