Close the borders and enforce the law the illegals will self deport.
Then wages will go up naturally. What is so hard to figure out here?

How long does it take the production facilities to move to where the cheaper
labor is? It’s happening now with auto mfgs moving to lower wage cost areas.
Curious as to how you would close the 1255 miles Texas/Mexico border? They
did start fencing on the portion west of the Texas border but was never completed.
With a guarded fence? Not rocket science. The Israelis can explain it to you if you need help.
I have nothing against a big wall on the southern border. However a much cheaper and more effective method to SELF-DEPORT majority of illegals is:
1) cancel all welfare except emergency hospitalization due to life threatening situation
2) Any CEO of any outfit caught employing illegals must serve 5 years MANDATORY prison term.
Above 2 measures cost next to nothing. And 95% of illegals will pay their own fare to whichever hell hole they came from.
It will be much easier to deal with the other 5%, mostly doing cash business or illegal drug business.
