Justice Anthony Kennedy, being a Roman Catholic, will likely approach the altar for Holy Communion if he attends Mass tomorrow. This is a defining moment for the Roman Church.
Will Anthony Kennedy be denied holy communion, based on his attrocious sin of sodomizing marriage?

Well then, Cardinal Wuerl serves at the behest of the Holy See. So who is responsible?

Only if he were in Rome. This might be a defining moment for his pastor, perhaps even his bishop, but certainly not for the Church.
Do we even know if he regularly attends Mass?

If he burns up approaching the altar, sure.

Seems the Pope would have an opinion on this. He does on most everything else.

The church will buckle under and not deny him.

It’s nice to be able to compartmentalize apostasy in a body, when Catholics are always crowing that their church is one body, not a bunch of “denominations.”
My ass.

Will Anthony Kennedy be given the keys to the city in Savannah, Key West, San Francisco, Fire Island or Rehoboth Beach?

To be blunt, I see schism approaching. Especially in Germany, the Church there is rather defiant.

Leaving aside your backside for the moment, it would do you well to remember that the Church is One for it has One Lord, One Faith, and One Baptism (Ephs 4:5). It does not have One human being. It has many. And they fail quite regularly to live up to basic Christian standards. Just as you have here.

Not the Church. Some members of the Church. There is a difference.

If you have to ask, then you already have shown you are not equipped enough to understand.
