Don’t just watch. Please stop by for a Colt 45.

I would have hired a private Eye and tracked them down gathered evidence then got a restraining order, but that is just me.
If they crossed my property line they would not be crossing it back... just sayin...

“All the windows and door in [the house] allow me to watch you and track you as you move through the house,”
Hmm.
Cameras would observe someone wandering outside.
If it is a neighbor, it is one nearby.

One of the great parts about getting old is that this sort of thing wouldn’t bother me at all. I’d open the curtains, drop my drawers, and check the ER that evening for somebody who’d just tried to gouge his eyes out with a barbecue fork.

Remember that TV movie from the 1970s? Bad Ronald? He lived in the walls of a house and watched the family through peep holes.

Odd that this should creep someone out that someone is watching their house when the government watches everything else. You’d think people would be kind of blasé about being monitored 24/7/365 by now.

Aside from a few bad apples (John List comes to mind), it’s a great town. However, it’s way too close to some very bad towns, and the trend is toward worse.
The taxes are astronomical. Public ed is awful. Guns aren’t available to the law-abiding.

If it were my family that he was "watching", it probably wouldn't take long for him to figure out that he should probably go bother somebody else.

Interesting real estate question, regarding full disclosure.
Would the seller be expected to disclose “ghosts?”
I’m a California RE Broker, and I don’t know the answer.

Before walking from a million dollar home, I would ask the FBI to do a DNA analysis on the letters. Knowing a profile might be very revealing.
