Be sure you set up the Outlook accounts on all the computers to leave mail on the server and specify how many days to leave it. You may also have to tweak settings on your ISP webmail account.

Where do you tell it to do that?? By reinstalling Outlook. Because when I reinstall outlook, I lose the files, been down that road.

Says in options, email expires in (blank) days and the default is 180. That wouldn’t be email in my files would it. Afraid to set it. Do not want to lose files.
