The girls played power games with each other but ultimately were pawns in Hefner’s larger game: He thrived on keeping them all at war, because it allowed him ultimate control....
She saw a shrink behind Hef’s back, and she came to realize that Hef picked women who were already vulnerable — herself included.
“We were all young,” Madison says. “He wasn’t interested in women over 28. None of us were from a big city or affluent backgrounds....

Don't defend him by pretending that the media is running a conspiracy against him.

Look at posts 2, 32, and 35, and 50, you will see that I was trying to correct “a fool in paradise”, who bizarrely, was calling Hef the rapist, while defending the actual serial rapist, who would slip drugs to women and rape them.

A few years ago there was another book written by a couple of bunny’s, it said they he never has sex with any women, he masturbates to gay porn with the naked girls in bed with him.

I’ve read other articles from friends or people familiar with Hefner that he, apparently, has one of the largest collections of porno in the world, and that his favorites are the really really sick stuff. Like women with animals, torture stuff, things of that nature.
And what they get is rape, abuse, drug addiction, and STDs. The porn industry destroys everyone in it.

I watched an old western episode (”Wanted: Dead or Alive”, with a young Steve McQueen) on youtube last night. The rich, but ugly guy in town wanted McQueen (a bounty hunter) to fix him up with a gal. McQueen calls in a favor to a con-woman to date the guy for a couple of weeks to spur the local women’s interest.
One local gal takes an interest to the guy, but by that time the con-woman has already gotten the ugly rich guy to propose to her. McQueen tells the guy about the con, and tells him about the nice gal in town that has taken an interest in him, and will make a good wife, family, home, etc.
The next scene has the wedding bells ringing and the bride covered up. Hoping that the guy made the “right” choice in a woman that could love him. As the guy is riding off he shouts out “I thought it over. I’m marrying her for her beauty, and she’s marrying me for my money!”
That’s been the way for lots of people over the years. And some even go on to write books about it to get even more money.
