this has been one very strange garden season. First horrible dry, and then major wet. A nasty recipe for weeds. Especially when you have to leave for a wedding right when the drought breaks.

But I have ripe plum tomatoes already and bell peppers already. I have July crops in June due to the the warm May we had.

That’s the truth. Went to CA for a couple of weeks, when we got back, the weeds were knee high.

I always think it’s so great to get those first tomatoes and peppers to add to a salad. Salad just isn’t much without those. LOL
