It's all good here in the southern reaches of Puget Sound. Tomatoes, corn and green beans looking good, our 90+ rhododendrons are done blooming but our 14 hanging flower baskets are really taking off.
The Goodyear blimp is being based at our small town airport for the U.S. Open golf tournament across the sound near Tacoma, it's flown over our place several times. Haven't seen one up close since the Seattle World's Fair in 1962.

Great gardening news. We haven’t ever seen a blimp around here. The medical evacuation helicopters fly right over our house at a rather low level.

We also get quite a few jets I assume part of the air national guard.
