I don’t understand how steroids could help a golfer. Plus, his caddie for the majority of those years says he didn’t take them, and he has every reason to say bad things about Woods.

I've never used them, so you'll have to do your own research on that.

Plus, his caddie for the majority of those years says he didn’t take them, and he has every reason to say bad things about Woods.

I tend to trust my eyes and the over-all facts, rather than the words of a single person who has his own agenda. But I get what you're saying.

Steroids would have contributed to those long drives and quicker recovery from minor injuries. He noticeably bulked up his physique.

PED use by a golfer helps stamina and power.

And if found by PGA to be using the, the golfer and anyone such as a coach or caddie who knew a player was using them would all face sanctions.
