Things looked that way in the 70s too, being led by incompetent wimps like Jimmy Carter ... and then the country elected someone with guts, and the spirit changed completely.
Good leadership makes all the difference. It can happen again.

The 70s made today look like child’s play. By comparison the 70s were great. We didn’t start the 70s with ten tons on our backs and add to it like now.
I was there. I know. It was bad but not as bad as today. Then it was “just” decay. Today it is oppression.
