the Indo American group are hard workers

I don't doubt your observations, not having had any exposure to Indo-Americans as a group. But I have a question. If that's the case, why aren't their governments more successful at providing for their nations and their citizens?

One thing I've noticed around here is that the recent Central American arrivals are much more likely to speak English than are their Hispanic counterparts. That's refreshing.

Most of the INDIGENOUS, Zapotecos, Mixtecos, Mijes, Nahuatls, Popaloca, Totonacos, Purepechas...speak more TWO languages, and learning the 3rd language, American English I observe is easier. They say the 3rd language to learn is a cinch.ç

Because their governments have been controlled by a network of associated powerful families that go back to the original Spanish conquests. Despite elections and legislatures, the governments are really vehicles to enrich and protect those families. People who challenge that tend to have a high accident rate.
