the thought is that the illegals in diaspora are direct ancestors of the Aztec or other native Mexican population that lack the blood of the conquering roman catholic spaniards.
they are in fact racially different than the elite that run things in Mexico

There is a very marked difference, both physically and culturally, between the descendants of the Castillian Spanish and the native tribes, notably the Mescalero and Azteca.
