Have young girls been manipulated into believing that paying attention to a boy is beneath them? Are girls being taught that they are superior to boys and, subsequently, will not be able to make good relationships that will result in marriage?
Sounds to me someone failed miserably as a parent. As a single parent working crazy hours, I somehow managed to keep my hid from being indoctrinated. Two parents have no excuse.
Experience marriage. Find a random girl, give her a couple hundred thousand in cash along with a house. Save yourself the heartache.
Because those overseas women really value being wives and will treat their men really well. They are also less likely to seek divorce because the alternative is to go back home.
Which points up the fact that men and women are different. To listen to some of these liberal and feminist types, you would be led to believe there is no difference between the sexes.
But maybe some views are changing. I saw a story on 60 minutes with Lesley Stahl a while back. She was doing a story about medical research, and how medical research of drugs and treatments were finding that women were different. They were finding there were differences in women’s skin, heart, circulatory system, and not just the well known differences in reproductive systems between the sexes.
But, I’m sure, per the liberals, it’s still sexist if a man enjoys a female partner who caters to him in any way which would be considered deferential.
Eye contact between men and women is a basic of flirting, and when I was single, was always a fun thing to do, and complimentary to both sexes.
Now, with quick hook-ups becoming the norm, I guess it’s becoming a lost art.

So while I think women should take care of themselves in that respect, it goes for you guys, too. Don't be piling on a big beer gut.

At my 30 year reunion I was struck by how fat and out-of-shape most of the guys looked. Made me embarrassed to be one. The ladies looked fabulous by comparison.
In my experience (as a middle-aged male, divorced for seven years), American women are, in general, arrogant in almost a feral way - at least the younger ones. They run in packs, and, although they at heart despise each other, they reserve their venom for any hapless lad foolish enough to attempt to engage them in conversation. Since birth, these narcissistic beasts have had their rear ends kissed by their fathers, their hands petted and stroked at school and generally flowered into the human version of a Venus fly trap to believe that they’re incredibly special - and that their male counterparts are boorish and unncessary at best, and something to be destroyed and humiliated if at all possible. Their contempt for the opposite sex is palpable. Oddly, older women - having imploded their marriages in their early cougar phase and subsequently and simultaneously found themselves broke and sprouting wrinkles, stomach pouches and faint mustaches - are much more humble and nice. Some of them are even generous! Desperation will do that, even to a woman, I suppose. A pity they have to wreak so much havoc and misery before reaching that stage.

I don’t have a problem with that and I agree it’s a 2 way street.
Feminism has definitely hurt a young man’s odds in this country. Thankfully, the rest of the world still has a great many suitable young ladies to offer.

Agree. This started with Feminism in the 60’s. I don't know any woman who ever separated her need for emotional involvement from her sexual experiences. Women were told they could act just like (many) men and get sexual gratification without being hurt ‘when he doesn't call back’. FLASH! Women aren't just like men. Although, the younger generations ARE becoming less emotional about their experiences (See ‘Friends with Benefits’)and I believe it is to their own detriment. Eventually they will awaken to the fact that avoiding men, treating them like aliens, only leaves the women lonely and alone. I rue the day that the Libs took over the education of our children. And many of the women who ‘have it all’ aren't home to teach their children about emotional bonding with the opposite sex. And we are pounded with the national divorce rate to show that lifelong commitments ARE impossible.....at least for those who cannot make a lifelong commitment due to believing it's impossible.
I don’t think it will be that way. It was just a bratty Rich 14 year old know it all smarting off to her mom. Maybe the kid likes the hampton house better than the 5th avenue house, and mom brought up an argument for the city one. Of COURSE the 14 year old daughter has to have a put down for mom and an opposing response. Don’t blow that up to mean anything.
Kids will always flirt and fall in love.
I wasn’t blowing it up; I was just lamenting what Seinfeld was lamenting. I sure hope kids will still flirt and fall in love. It’s so sweet.
Most women indoctrinated with feminism aren’t even worth flirting with. I see them and run in the opposite direction.
The national faces of Feminism are pretty unattractive for sure. I think I read a quote (I cannot remember who said it) that ‘Feminism was invented to give ugly women a chance to have what attractive women have’.
