With CFIDS, besides being insidious in other ways, prescription drugs are filthy. Period. They either mimic the symptoms, have no effect at all or are an over-dose. I am not here to be a guinea pig for the Pharma-Giants. All they can do is treat the symptoms with a HUGH variety of different uber-expensive pills and I just can’t go through that. I tried it. It was hell.

So I began to research the symptoms and looked for natural remedies to help heal the areas that I was having problems with. I now spend about $250 a month on herbal remedies, but I have finally reached a place where I almost feel like a real person again. CFIDS changed who I am, but I’m beginning to feel like a human again.

In moments of stress, however, I’m a babbling idiot and I need to find my village.

Maybe you could just run for office as a Democrat. You sound very qualified.

Umm..

Have you considered running for Senate? In those moments when you are looking for a village, you will be no worse than the current critter. In the moments when you are normal and alltogether, you would be about a thousand percent improvement...

;-)
