The conclusion i came to,was: (Warning UT data, not to be taken literally or internally)
The Pig was fed a vegetarian diet. Therefore the Ham can be sold as vegetarian Ham to vegetarians.
The ingredients list is a description of what the Piggy was fed.

I have no idea how may US food standards laws that violates ,but the product is wrapped in China so i must be okay.... :D
