How can he say how terrible Obama is in one breath and then vote to give him powers most Presidents have never had? On a bill that is hidden from the public no less. So I guess he is fine with both of those things.

This bill was not the trade agreement it’s self.
It was legislation to stop a runaway tyrant president from acting on his own with a trade agreement.
Read it, it requires for 60 days for the public to view it before Congress votes on it.
It gives Congress far more oversight than before.
There is no “ Secret “ in having the public view all trade agreements for 60 days.
