Not knowing much about the show, I thought the Duggars may not have been complicit, but researching the dates of all the events, I don't have any sympathy for them. I hope all their children stay strong. This affects the whole family.

I think there may be more to this story that has yet to be told.

Well there are many disturbing comments this family makes both in interviews and on their shows....because they are 'measuring their life' and behavior by the standards of their faith/church.

I have not looked into the church they attend or practice on purpose.....though have seen some comments on the thread regarding it. So I haven't an opinion on what they teach...but if this family represents their church teachings then there's reason for people to be quite cautious if or not it's Christian rather possibly one that uses Christianity to enforce their own teachings.
