Rostkartoffeln mit Ei ist auch sehr gut. Ganz zu schweigen von Weinerschniztel mit Spaetzele. Fügen Sie ein Glas Bier und es ist perfekt!
(Rostkartoffeln with Egg is also very good. Not to mention weinerschniztel with spaetzele. Add a glass of beer and it is perfect!-for the non-German speakers)

I do miss living in Germany and German food; kartoffelklossen (potato dumplings) was one of my favs.
Although I was able to find a Knorr variety here stateside.

Sorry, but Spaetzle is not served with Wienerschitzel (Vienna schnitzel) which btw is made from Veal. Schnitzel is served either with German Potato salad, french fries or home fries
Spaetzle on the other hand are served with pork or beef roast
