I do miss living in Germany and German food; kartoffelklossen (potato dumplings) was one of my favs.

Although I was able to find a Knorr variety here stateside.

My mother used to make Kartoffel Kloese from scratch and they were delicious. Much better than the Pfanni (Panni) Knoedel
