Many don’t like Brussels Sprouts, but these are really good.....

Sesame Sprouts

1 lb fresh or frozen sprouts
Cook in water 10 minutes until done, drain

In skillet
brown 2 T Sesame seeds in 1 T oil
Add 1/4 c soy sauce, 2 T sugar and dash of salt

Add sprouts and toss till very well coated

(my wife is the chef in the family)

Hang on. Ask your lovely wife how long the sprouts need to cook and will the sesame seeds burn?! I appreciate you getting back to me! Thanks so much.
