Many don’t like Brussels Sprouts, but these are really good.....
Sesame Sprouts
1 lb fresh or frozen sprouts
Cook in water 10 minutes until done, drain
In skillet
brown 2 T Sesame seeds in 1 T oil
Add 1/4 c soy sauce, 2 T sugar and dash of salt
Add sprouts and toss till very well coated
(my wife is the chef in the family)
