Aren’t childhood records supposed to be confidential? Who released these records, revealing the young girls who were victims? Someone should be prosecuted for this.
Yes I thought juvenile records were sealed.
At the time of the Michael Brown incident, we were told that we couldn’t see his juvenile record, or even confirm that he had a juvenile record, because such records are confidential.
But in the Duggar case, there seems no concern that somehow his juvenile record was illegally violated. Not to minimize the issues involved, but, the same liberals who talk of the sanctity of juvenile recd secrecy in some cases, are gleefully talking of the details of this case.
