Nope, that actually helps some bacteria grow that likes oxygen. Clorox in that low a concentration kills everything. . . and then turns to salt water. Perfectly safe.
Peroxide will eventually turn your teeth transparent and also increase nerve sensitivity. Not good either way.
Trust me, all of these remedies have been researched. . . and they went no where. "Oil Pulling" did nothing. . . except provide a palliative coating on the bleeding gums and retard the healing. Removing tartar and plaques by seeing a hygienist and proper flossing and brushing will restore your gums far faster than anything like "Oil Pulling", alcohol based mouth washes, or peroxide. Then keep all the spirochetes dead, dead, dead by brushing with baking soda and twice a week Dakin's solution rinses will keep your mouth healthy.
