I would keep this pistol as a rare treasure entrusted to me by my father. It is a treasure to be shot occasionally, cleaned, and maintained with tender, loving care. You are a very lucky man.
Paying rent and bills on time has never been a source of regret to me.
$3500. More if was the 6 incher...
*wink* back...
Thanks.
That’s the way I feel.
I have a Colt Trooper .357.
Fun to shoot. What , what did you say
I don't know. They're not my kids.
And that's the b***h. So, I've got to go through the place and gather all the firearms, unload them and hide 'em.
Except for my personal carry stuff.
I literally have at least two long guns and a handgun...loaded and one in the pipe...in every room of my house. I'm within a step or two of having a gun in my hand no matter where I am in the house.
Usually.
So, like I say: It's a b***h and I'm twitchy until I can get stuff spread out and loaded up like I'm used to. Eddie Eagle...I wish I could just keep 'em from chewing on the furniture!
I hate to break it to YOU, but I knew that! They told me that they took one look at you and figured they could do better in a raffle.
And they won me (some traveling nomads from the desert were holding it at a Baptist church "Fall Festival").
So, how did you like your new folks? We always wondered.
Oh, and by the way...if that hadn't happened, YOU'D be the one with the Python.
:)
I can't get nuthin' past you Texans..."
We talk slow, but we don't all of us think slow.
Python...magnum... heh, heh, heh...
I Have one just like it except mine has the original grips, its in mint condition and the serial # is much lower and starts with a letter. it is going to my grandson upon my demise. I don’t have the box though. No where near a 100 rounds through mine.
I was thinking of getting a Walmart long gun safe for that, but hate to put them where anybody could find them right away, even if they're "safely" locked up. Hate to lose a finger or toe as the price for not giving up the combination.
“I guess Im a little like Marvin (John Malkovichs character) in RED and RED2.”
Do you have a pink stuffed animal pig with a shotgun in it?
That’s a fine looking piece of craftsmanship. I had a similar one and loved it so much I even took it boating with me. I’m sure you can guess how that turned out. Take good care of yours. On the open market, it’s worth a good chunk of change. In sentimental value, it’s priceless. As an anchor, it’s worth nothing if you forget to attach a rope or a chain.
That is my facebook page. I hope you “liked” it.
Lol. Don’t we all sometimes?
I appraise it a gillion dollars USD.
Do not sell a family heirloom.
I’m in the market for a shiny 4 in magnum,
the new Ruger Match Champion is My choice,,,
oh well.
Looked it up. Sweet. The GP100’s have the same feel as my Super Redhawk. Solid as a tank, you can’t go wrong. I still carry a 357 in the woods.
The feel of the Ruger is fantastic, unfortunately I can’t
compare it to a Python having not had the pleasure.
let’s keep dreaming!
