In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of Word for the Day.
Cozen
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.
The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-)
Practice makes perfect.....post on....

Astounding observation. From a liberal.
For modern-day democrats, political power is cheaper by the cozen.
We got done with the job I hoped we’d finish-we will indeed get paid tomorrow...
If Hillary wants to cozen us
Because Bill did that before
She’d best make some changes
To get her foot in the door
She could start by being nice
Instead of just being a phony
And not turn her snobbish nose
Up at all who are not a crony
Her handlers may have told her
She will be liked for herself-
They should spend some money
And hire a charm-making elf...
I’m not giving credence to what the pope says-I’m sticking with the opinions of his opposition in the Church. If he really believes what he is saying-and it could well be heresy, then we are indeed in the end times, and I’d better step up mu plans to go galt...
Do you mean that meaningless clump of cells?
LOL A++
Hillary can’s schmooze like Bill. Should be Hillarious. A++++
Payments is good!
8<) (Congrats on finishing as well.)
Yet even after two decades of mediocrity after their 3 championships in 4 years, they are still arguably America’s Team as they have huge cheering sections at every road game they play. (BTW, they NEVER named themselves “America’s Team” and even tried to discourage that moniker; its origin was either Pat Summerall or one of the other national network commentators who noticed the large fan base for the Cowboys in their road games.) They are still both the most loved and the most hated team in the league, much like the Yankees in baseball and the Lakers and Celtics in basketball. As much as I dislike the Yankees and the Lakers (and the Blackhawks for that matter), I recognize that there is a certain amount of envy their too. So yes, other teams envy the Cowboys — even if they are loathe to admit it.
