Pretty zippy, even in a VM. I haven’t figured out how to get it to install to the virtual hard disk yet though. It’s still running from the floppy image. It looks pretty cool though. Kinda reminds me of a TinyLinux distro I installed some time ago. On my system that one goes from power on to running instance in 10 seconds or so.

I've put up a Vid of it booting...
here. Most of the time is actually taken by the boot loader counting down the seconds until it boots.
