The massive amounts of radar we put out for weather and navigation are actually the strongest frequency we put out not overwhelmed by the Sun and Jupiter, barring the digital satellite uplinks, but those satellite broadcasts to an alien would be like an ultra-small lighthouse beam that isn’t even every day for many venues (like football games).
