Is it OK to say one of your precious republicrats voted the wrong way? That is what the thread is about.

Well given that my credibility on fighting the GOP-e far outstrips yours, I'd say that your "republicrat" insult indicates a high level of ignorance. I'd also invite you to re-examine your reading comprehension issues, where I clearly said I was not defending Gardner, it's that I just never had high hopes for him anyway other than replacing Reid and beating Udall. In other words, I was waaayyy ahead of you on Gardner from day one, and I still am.

I bet you don’t risk your career to stand on principle. I bet you never have, ever. If you had, you’d understand the tremendous cost of doing so, and while you’d appreciate those like Ted Cruz who have done so, you would understand that such character is the exception, not the rule.

I’ve done so. I’ve walked that walk. It’s clear you have not. So Gardner is no Ted Cruz. Very very few are. But he’s no Udall either. If you can’t except that, I will leave you to your bitterness and irrelevance.

Instead we get a RINO that voted to keep John Boehner Mitch McConnell

I called his office and told them we might as well have kept Udall.

We knew the night of the elections, when he came out and said impeachment and government shutdowns were off the table. And I voted for the POS! Never again. I’ll vote for Cruz in the primaries, and pray he’s the man in the generals. Otherwise, I wouldn’t piss on a Republican’s gums if his teeth were on fire. Anyone still voting R after this last election is not only entirely ignorant, but they ARE the problem.

I’m just saying that there are votes to send certain messages

In this case, the vote for Gardner said, "We want to push the Republican party further to the left!"

No thanks. Gardner came out on election night, after he had it in the bag, and said impeachment and government shutdown were off the table. It was then I knew we had elected yet another worthless, rotten POS RINO. If you are still voting R, you ARE the problem.

yeah, our problem is our Republican president......oh, wait.......(enjoy your misery. Enjoy your unoriginal cynicism.....until you can prove to me that Udall would vote more conservatively than Gardner, you are on intellectual vapid thin ice.

Whatever dude. Just keep on voting R, so we can push that GOP even further to the left. And prepare yourself to lose in 2016 - I promise that there will be many, MANY REAL CONSERVATIVES that stay home or vote 3rd party if Cruz ain’t the man in the generals. REAL CONSERVATIVES are sick and tired of ignorant lesser of evil voters pushing the GOP right into bed with the left. That’s clearly what you want, so I’m done with you!

well dude, whatever, but methinks I’ve been on the Cruz wagon much longer than you - been published and quoted and interviewed about it.

I never said keep on voting R regardless - I said there was value in Gardner winning...never said it was perfect.

Not a surprise at all being from CO: the state is hopeless politically.

My understanding too is that Bill Cassidy is barely better than Landrieu, but time will tell.

I said there was value in Gardner winning.

And I say you are horribly wrong. Gardner is a RINO, along with the bulk of the GOP. We would have been just as fine with Udall.

no you’re just pouting and pouring estrogen emotion - clouding your logic.

Perhaps I just know more about Harry Reid, Barack Obama, and how government works than you do. You have some kind of pollyannish notion.
