As you know, "we" don't celebrate American defeats. That's what the liberals do, and they aren't part of "we."

well, I’m still a fool to think that “we” are all Americans and you’d be hard pressed to find a country where a large number of its citizens would ever THINK of lauding such an article. But I’ve always been naïve.
Geez, I thought we as Americans could all agree on THAT!! I was wrong, so what else is new.

My understanding of the left started with the Viet Nam war when I realized they were cheering when American soldiers were killed. Virtually every nation has a military, but to the left the only evil military is the U.S. Military.
I have a number of Jewish friends from Benson Hearst who are liberal but would NEVER cheer on the enemy. I guess that’s why I can be friends with them..
That and our mutual support for Israel.
And they are good eggs and loyal friends.
The politics thing does make the friendships tough at times.
None of them say anything now about Obummer and his treatment of Israel. I’m hoping to convert to repub :)
