In the olden days the ref would have warned a couple of times, then called the fight for his opponent due to his unwillingness to actually FIGHT.

Compare this travesty to the Hagler - Hearns fight in 1985.

Not really. Mayweather fights the way Olympic boxing has been done for ages, and has dominated the lower weight classes. It’s all about getting a few more hits on your opponent than he gets on you each round, point based boxing. Not exciting.

Duran/Leonard, Nov. 1980........no mas!

I never liked the ballet dancer Leonard and was happy to see him lose to Duran in their first fight where Leonard actually tried to box like a fighter......
