Modular steel frame construction.

The steel framing is probably solid enough, because it was probably all pre-fabbed and put together one story at a time. I’d be concerned about things like how warm it is or how insulated from surrounding sound in other departments and other such niceties.

Looked like some pretty beefy steel frame construction not much different than traditional with the exception of added cross members that cut down extra cross brace welding/riveting time.

I think some of the comments (not yours) here are just automatic knee jerk reactions that anything China builds is cheap crap. Look at some of the stuff our Unions produce, and at a much higher cost.
