It’s lights at the top of an unfinished skyscraper and the crane on top. Can’t see the unlit building due to haze.

It is a great video though.

It’s lights at the top of an unfinished skyscraper and the crane on top.

I've seen lots of skyscrapers being built in my day, and have never seen lights like those on any of them.

Got an opinion as to the reason for those lights, their colors, and the strange arrangement?
