I wouldn't mind a death penalty, properly enacted, for someone that steals a wheelchair. If you need one, you need one.

Steal mobility, steal someone's life until they get a replacement.

The police dog bit McQuery in the arm as the suspect was arrested near Pennsylvania and 7th avenues.

Might have been fitting if the dog had chewed his damn leg off, but then the taxpayers would have been on the hook for his wheel chair.
