Yes, I make it.
I use 3/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Blend quickly in a food processor or blender and refrigerate for at least an hour.
