Before you put your chicken on the grill rub it in a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne.
Let it sit in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes to 8 hours.
BBQ your chicken on low heat for 30 to 35 minutes. Baste it with the sauce while it’s on the grill and put more sauce on it before serving.
