Matrix is in violation of laws unknown to a lot of people. You have the right to refuse their services. Matrix can be reported to the FTC, BBB, Medicare and your insurance carrier. They will not stop their intimidation tactics. My phone can block these unwanted calls all day long if necessary.

Thank you for your input. At the time, I was only concerned with violations of laws pertaining to the state and federal Do Not Call list, but I could litigate under anti-harrassment statutes.

However, the problem resolved itself when I gave up my home phone. Matrix can call all it wants, but they wont get me.

I suppose Matrix gets a commission for everyone it serves, which is why it's so aggressive. Apparently, Matrix is agent for other insurers as well. A friend of mine us on HealthAmerica and was contacted by Matrix for this screening. I imagine the company is doing quite well with its strongarm tactics.
