Not saying the guy deserved it and that the police officer involved is not guilty of reckless manslaughter. But anybody who runs from the police is a damn fool.

I'm not saying the guy deserved it either. From what I've seen and read so far (and with all recent cases like this we should be very careful about assuming anything), it looks like a bad shoot.
But again, it was not a case of a police officer simply shooting someone out of spite. There was a struggle, a possible tasering of the officer, and then a fleeing suspect. Still doesn't mean the guy should have been shot. But let's let things shake out.

Sometimes anyone who DOESN’T run from the police is a damn fool.
Six million cooperative Jews can attest to this.

I would say in almost all instances, I agree with you.
I leave the door open for those fleeing corrupt officers who are trying to murder them. Look at the goon squad Clinton employed in Arkansas.

But anybody who runs from the police is a damn fool. Granted.
But the guy had already lost his job and everything else because he had been put in jail for being behind on his child support.
After getting out he was back working and had just bought a car. Seeing everything possibly going down the drain again if he was arrested again I could see why he would run.

True! For the life of me, I don’t understand why he ran. It makes me suspicious that there’s a lot more to this story than what we saw.

With a little thought, you'll see that the following is even more related. To date, Scott Walker (the Governor) is the only one who has challenged them with funding cuts. Mobs of police, public school teachers and other socialists have misbehaved while protesting against him.

But anybody who runs from the police is a damn fool. Yup, most cops will turn into a German Shephard when they see someone running, even for a broken tail light.

But anybody who runs from the police is a damn fool. And there's that case in California where the guy surrendered and was spread-eagled on the ground and the cops still beat the crap out of him. So you lose if you run and you lose if you don't run.

I’d say he wasn’t running from the police , he was running from our debtors prison system... he had an arrest warrant out on him because he couldn’t pay a bill... he knew he had no money for a legal defense and that none would be provided him because of how the “justice” system games this infraction , a “civil” infraction that carries a “criminal” penalty ... IF IT HAS A CRIMINAL PENALTY THEN THE MAN DESERVES COUNSEL ...
