Scott fled from police officer 3 times, assaulted police officer 2 times, shot police officer with taser one time.

Not saying the guy deserved it and that the police officer involved is not guilty of reckless manslaughter. But anybody who runs from the police is a damn fool.
Walt, like Mike, learned much too late that it doesn’t pay to attack a law enforcement officer.
in the struggle for the weapon the office was struck with the taser. The lanyard was still attached to the barb and the fleeing suspect was entangled in the lanyard. If the fleeing suspect still had the taser he could incapacitate the officer at any time. The officer shot at the suspect not knowing if the suspect still had the taser or was just caught up in the lanyard. Shooting is justified.
If you’ve seen the video you know that this cop’s goose is deservedly cooked.
This isn’t Ferguson. This isn’t Sanford. This is 8 shots in the back carefully aimed fired from a safe distance.
Scott ran because he was behind in his child support. It cost him his life. That’s sad. Although, I’ve known women over the years who would have cheered such a shooting.
