RE: cortisone shot
I know of 2 people years ago who got cortisone shots for bursitis.
Both said their bursitis would never be bad enough again for them to take those shots. The pain from the shot needle being stuck into their joints were worse than the bursitis pain.
I had bursitis in my heel went to an ortho doc and he gave me a cortisone shot...instant relief never had that problem again
