However, because HR said it on the floor of the US Senate, he is immune. He can say anything he wants.
And it reflects poorly on our nation, as well as the electorate, I am afraid. It doesn’t seem to matter what the politicians do, so long as my party wins. If that’s the case, then America is really screwed.
