People are speculating. Probably even the judge doesn’t know yet. Tsarnaev could go to Terre Haute, like Timothy McVeigh, and, like him, be executed. I’m not thinking a Federal judge wants to send a message that implies you can live in America as a refugee and start killing people with bombs.

Tsarnaev's case was tried in a Federal court under Federal law.

Hernandez's case is tried in State court under State law.
